Return and Refund Policy
While we make every effort to ensure each of our candles are perfect we are human. We take pride in our candles and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectation our return policy is outlined below. Please include your order number in the email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to make a very reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Please contact us at email@example.com within seven days of receiving your product. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for return you must have the item and unused & is in the same condition it was received. Any item and it’s not original condition, damage or missing parts for a reason not to due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we received a returned item will also notify your approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved and your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days
We only replace items that are defective or damage. If you need to exchange for the same item sent us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Allow 2-3 for items to ship after making a purchase.
Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable. If You Receive A Refund, The Cost Of Return Shipping Will Be Deducted From Your refund.
